This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Identify and connect with potential clients throughout the US and international markets via a structured outreach approach.

• Conduct discovery discussions to comprehend client needs, recruitment challenges, and business objectives.

• Create customized proposals and positioning that align our services with client goals.

• Oversee client relationships throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.

• Identify target accounts and devise multi-touch, multi-stakeholder engagement strategies.

• Convert incoming leads and referrals into new client relationships.

• Work in collaboration with internal delivery teams to guarantee a seamless client experience.

• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and client insights within target sectors.

• Contribute to service enhancement initiatives based on client feedback and market insights.

• Play a role in business development strategy, messaging, and market entry planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in business development or client relationship management, preferably within professional services, recruitment solutions, or a similar B2B services setting.

• Demonstrated success in engaging clients based in the US or internationally.

• Strong grasp of client needs, with the ability to cultivate trusted, long-term partnerships.

• Capable of conducting structured discovery, accurately qualifying opportunities, and crafting compelling proposals.

• Confident communicator across email, video, and phone — including interactions with C-level stakeholders.

• Disciplined user of CRM systems with a keen focus on pipeline management and follow-through.

• Self-motivated and effective in a fully remote work environment.

• Strong written English skills that meet professional services standards.
