This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive engagement with customers and partners, including hyperscalers, OEMs, integrators, and operators, fostering strong relationships and uncovering high-value opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects in liquid cooling, concentrating on strategic accounts and growth segments.
• Formulate and implement regional strategies aimed at enhancing revenue growth, market penetration, and technology adoption.
• Manage the commercial pipeline from lead generation through to contract negotiation, ensuring timely revenue conversion.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Marketing Specialist to align customer requirements with validated technical solutions.
• Convey technical value through clear commercial messaging, emphasizing ROI, sustainability, and performance advantages.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, product, marketing, operations) to support pilot initiatives and scaling programs.
• Establish and oversee strategic partnerships with server OEMs, chip ecosystem players, and cooling system suppliers to expedite solution adoption.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements to guide positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent the company in customer and industry interactions, enhancing visibility and establishing thought leadership.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a new business development or strategic commercial role.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the technology and data center sector.
• A strong network and a positive reputation within the data center industry.
• A demonstrated history of driving top-line revenue growth with new products.
• Experience in collaborating within a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A strategic thinker with robust business acumen.
• Willingness to travel regionally and beyond, approximately 30% to 50% of the time.
