This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Identify, establish, and expand strategic alliances with payment service providers, acquirers, and high-volume merchants in key industries, driving swift growth in the regional merchant network and transaction volume.

• Manage the complete enterprise sales process, encompassing prospecting, cold outreach, presentations, commercial structuring, contract negotiations, KYB coordination, and the execution of cross-functional integrations to speed up go-live timelines.

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with senior decision-makers at PSPs, acquirers, and major merchants, leveraging regulatory advantages and market credibility to facilitate traditional payment infrastructure partnerships.

• Create and implement regional expansion strategies focusing on high-impact sectors such as gaming, iGaming, trading platforms, e-commerce, OTA, and digital services, while pinpointing emerging opportunities in less penetrated markets.

• Work closely with Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to tailor solutions, enhance onboarding processes, and create joint go-to-market strategies that promote merchant adoption and GMV growth.

• Evaluate merchant performance and partnership analytics to categorize accounts, refine commercial terms, boost profitability, and maximize long-term leverage within the ecosystem.

• Continuously assess the competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to adjust regional strategies and guide global payment distribution growth.

• Monitor and achieve ambitious KPIs, including growth in the merchant base, acquirer onboarding goals, and quantifiable transaction volume increase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated enterprise-level business development experience, with the capability to engage and negotiate with C-suite stakeholders while managing intricate, multi-party partnerships.

• A strong existing network within PSPs, acquirers, payment processors, or financial institutions in the designated region.

• Proven ability to operate in regulated settings and navigate compliance and reputational factors when forming partnerships.

• Commercially savvy, resilient, and execution-oriented, with the capability to generate momentum in high-growth, expansion-driven environments rather than depending on existing frameworks.

• A strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting merchant performance data and converting insights into scalable partnership strategies.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic to effectively collaborate with local and international partners/stakeholders. Additional language skills would be a plus.

🏝️ Benefits

• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
