This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• You assist us in pinpointing the companies that are pertinent to Preisrunter: including brands, retailers, media, agencies, institutions, or strategic partners.
• You collaborate with us to create initial offers, presentations, and pilot concepts—such as those related to price and promotion data, product interest, campaigns, or partnerships.
• You conduct research to identify suitable contacts and prepare outreach initiatives.
• You arrange meetings, consistently follow up, and establish a preliminary, small-scale CRM.
• You participate in key meetings and, following onboarding, will also have the opportunity to lead discussions.
• You gather market feedback and incorporate it into the product: What are partners genuinely concerned about? What aspects are still overly complex? What improvements can we implement?
• You contribute to enhancing Preisrunter’s visibility and ensuring its long-term economic viability.
• Some experience or a genuine interest in business development, sales, account management, partnerships, retail, FMCG, media, agencies, or startups.
• You possess strong listening skills, ask insightful questions, and can articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Your writing is clear and professional—whether in emails, LinkedIn messages, presentations, or proposals.
• You are capable of working independently, are dependable, and can manage multiple open tasks effectively.
• You enjoy engaging with individuals from retail, brands, media, and consumer protection sectors.
• An interest in food, pricing, retail, consumer behavior, or digital platforms is advantageous.
• You maintain a professional demeanor, possess excellent German language skills, and are persuasive.
• You must reside in or have connections to Austria (residency in Austria is mandatory), as Preisrunter is designed for the Austrian market.
• Direct collaboration with the founding team—avoiding endless approval processes and corporate politics.
• The opportunity to influence a prominent Austrian product in its next significant phase.
• A great deal of responsibility and ample scope for experimentation.
• Flexible working arrangements: remote work is possible and easily accommodates studies, freelance projects, or other employment.
• A compact working environment: we are a small team, with no large budgets or dedicated sales department.
• Fair fixed freelance compensation coupled with a performance-based bonus for successfully secured partnerships.
