This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and engage potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Promote the company's recruitment and human resources services.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Meet established sales and business development objectives.
• Maintain precise records of leads and client interactions.
• 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
• An existing business network is considered an advantage.
• Proficient command of English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-focused.
