This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer operational and administrative assistance to the Business Development Team and Customer Success Leadership by ensuring accurate customer information, aiding in Salesforce administration, coordinating customer data within IN-Gauge, and supporting business development initiatives that drive company growth.
• Act as the initial point of contact for prospects and clients, serving as a key resource for the Business Development Team and Customer Success Leadership.
• Maintain a thorough and current understanding of FPG’s unique selling propositions, features, amenities, and services across the business development and customer success teams.
• Calculate and present potential revenue analysis for hotels/groups to be included in sales proposals.
• Create proposals and presentations for the business development team.
• Assist the business development team with product demonstrations.
• Coordinate client meeting activities and prepare client meeting materials for above-property events.
• Input and maintain prospect and customer data within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency while collaborating with Commercial Operations as necessary.
• Generate Salesforce, IN-Gauge, and Tableau reports, dashboards, and administration to support Business Development, Customer Success Leadership, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing department on lead generation activities, event management administration, and event attendance as required.
• Assist the sales team with travel arrangements and expense management.
• Serve as the primary support team member at HQ for the Sales team.
• Maintain IN-Gauge client profiles, tenant mappings, and customer records.
• Address internal requests for customer information, reporting, and account documentation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and internal efficiencies.
• 3-5 years of experience in Consulting, training, or SAAS companies in sales, business development, and/or client relationship management, supporting sales teams in building and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication skills, including telephone etiquette, effective email correspondence, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent educational background.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with web-based CRM systems, including Salesforce.
• A dedicated team player with a positive attitude.
• Experience in administrative and process support roles.
• Strong time management skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities, and demonstrating ownership of assigned tasks.
• Proven experience in maintaining CRM data integrity and accurate customer information.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
