This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, nurture, and finalize new partnerships with corporations and foundations that support Team Rubicon’s financial and programmatic objectives.
• Actively seek, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities that are not presently included in TR’s portfolio.
• Conduct research, develop, and maintain a pipeline of potential business leads, including forecasting and tracking progress.
• Assess and validate incoming donor and partnership inquiries for their strategic alignment.
• Create tailored pitch materials and proposal presentations.
• Negotiate, draft, interpret, and enforce legally binding agreements with strategic partners.
• Facilitate internal transitions to the Strategic Partnerships and Institutional Giving teams.
• Collaborate with Programs, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to design feasible and impactful partnerships.
• Keep abreast of trends in corporate social responsibility and institutional philanthropy to identify new opportunities.
• Represent Team Rubicon at networking events, industry conferences, and professional organizations.
• Report directly to the Director of Business Development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5–7 years of combined experience in fundraising and management.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate, solicit, and manage corporate partnerships that generate revenue and strategic impact.
• Experience in engaging and influencing senior-level corporate decision-makers.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in creating and manipulating data in Excel.
• Familiarity with donor database systems such as Mission CRM or Salesforce.
• Ability to work a flexible and non-traditional schedule.
• Willingness and ability to travel at least 40% for site visits, conferences, and donor meetings.
