This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Acquire and engage VIP-tier clients, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, market makers, high-net-worth retail desks, and convert them into consistent contributors of spot volume.
• Take ownership of a regional volume target and monitor performance against spot market share metrics in comparison to competitors.
• Identify and collaborate with internal teams to design incentive structures or campaign strategies.
• Develop localized go-to-market strategies that tailor global Binance products to regional market dynamics, client behavior, and regulatory frameworks.
• Build and nurture relationships with regional trading communities, OTC desks, VIP aggregators, and local cryptocurrency networks.
• Coordinate with internal teams on regional trading competitions, fee promotions, and volume campaigns linked to measurable outcomes.
• Gather and organize client feedback regarding margin, sub-accounts, lending terms, and OTC workflows into actionable product recommendations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to identify institutional feature gaps and engage in prioritization discussions.
• Conduct small-scale pilots with key clients to test product iterations prior to wider implementation.
• Maintain your own competitive intelligence rhythm, tracking competitor actions, fee modifications, and campaign activities across designated exchanges.
• Identify growth opportunities from market signals and initiate sprint-sized experiments (2–4 weeks) to evaluate them.
• Capable of producing clear, standalone briefs, CP alerts, product proposals, and client summaries.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial services, crypto exchanges, or trading business development with direct client interaction responsibilities.
• Proven track record of increasing trading volume or assets under management at the account or segment level, with specific examples.
• Working knowledge of exchange mechanisms: VIP tier structures, maker/taker fee dynamics, liquidity behavior, and fee sensitivity.
• Effectively operates in ambiguous, fast-paced environments without detailed instructions.
• Produces clear, direct written communication briefs and proposals that require minimal edits.
• Experience in both traditional finance (asset management, prime brokerage, treasury operations) and crypto-native environments (Strong Advantage).
• Familiarity with institutional margin products, lending structures, and related offerings (Strong Advantage).
• In-depth knowledge of regional markets in Southeast Asia, MENA, Korea, or Central and Eastern Europe (Strong Advantage).
• An existing network of institutional or VIP-tier trading counterparts (Strong Advantage).
