• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
• Over 7 years of experience in business development and sales within the utilities sector.
• Strong understanding of utility industry trends, challenges, and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow accounts effectively.
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and comfort with reporting/forecasting; willingness to travel frequently.
