
Business Development Manager β US Market, Nearshore Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities exclusively with clients located in the United States.
β’ Concentrate on marketing software engineering and nearshore development services to companies based in the US.
β’ Establish long-term strategic partnerships and enhance revenue growth within the North American market.
β’ Assume full responsibility for the sales cycle of US accounts, which includes prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
β’ 4β6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT services, software outsourcing, nearshore, or consulting sectors.
β’ Demonstrated experience in closing deals with US-based clients for software development services, staff augmentation, dedicated teams, or technology consulting projects.
β’ Strong grasp of the US market, US business culture, and B2B sales methodologies.
β’ Established network, portfolio, or history of successful commercial relationships with companies in the United States.
β’ Experience in selling Software Engineering as a Service, custom software development, nearshore teams, or IT consulting services.
β’ Proven capability to independently generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting strategies, B2B lead databases, networking, and sales intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms targeting the US market.
β’ Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, discovery meetings, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
β’ Experience in communicating with technical and executive stakeholders, including CTOs, Engineering Managers, Product Leaders, and Procurement teams.
β’ Strong understanding of Agile software development processes and technology services delivery models.
β’ Native-level or fully bilingual English communication skills are required (both spoken and written).
