• Actively identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, research, and targeted outreach within enterprise accounts.
• Assist in the initial phases of the sales cycle, which includes lead qualification, discovery, and nurturing prospects until handover or progression.
• Implement and continually enhance prospecting and lead generation campaigns, utilizing tools like Outreach and other sales engagement platforms.
• Oversee a dynamic pipeline of opportunities, efficiently prioritizing and adjusting activities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Work closely with internal teams (TrainAI Solutions, Marketing, Sales, and Production) to develop solutions, proposals, and go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure precise tracking of activities, pipeline, and engagement using Salesforce CRM.
• Interact with prospects across a global territory, including coordination with stakeholders in North America and Europe.
• Play a role in the development and refinement of sales processes, messaging, and operational methods in a growing and sometimes unstructured environment.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of RWS services, AI/data solutions, and market positioning to effectively aid business development initiatives.
• Exhibit a proactive attitude towards learning, development, and skill enhancement, with the aim of advancing into a more senior sales role over time.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (e.g., SDR, BDR, or entry-level sales positions).
• Proven experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
• Preferred background in technology, language services, AI/data services, or similar industries.
• Strong learning agility, resilience, and a desire to advance into a more senior commercial position.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities concurrently with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and foster relationships with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach).
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to work across different functions and contribute to team success.
• Professional fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
