Business Development Manager – Telecom

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive the development of new business, enhancing market presence and fostering incremental revenue growth.

• Identify and explore new opportunities within the Data Center and Telecom sectors.

• Advocate for cross-brand solutions and cultivate robust relationships to establish Integra Optics, Transtector, and PolyPhaser as the preferred partners.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, products, competitors, and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of sales experience in the Data Center and Telecom sectors.

• Proven experience in selling fiber connectivity and optical transceivers, power and surge protection, and/or RF protection solutions to data center operators and telecom carriers.

• Established relationships with key industry leaders, regulatory bodies, and organizations within the market.

• Strong interpersonal skills, sound business acumen, a customer-centric approach, and a demonstrated history of driving revenue growth.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• High level of proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
