This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Create and implement sales strategies aimed at generating leads and securing new business.
• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring leaders and key decision-makers within client organizations.
• Oversee all facets of the consultative sales process, encompassing prospecting, client presentations, contract negotiations, and account expansion.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure candidate submissions align with client requirements and facilitate timely interview scheduling.
• Remain updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technology demands to uphold a competitive advantage.
• Partner with other sales teams at Planet Group to broaden service offerings and identify opportunities for upselling.
• Operate autonomously and apply independent judgment in the engagement, development, and maintenance of suitable clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2–5+ years of experience in new business development within the technology staffing sector.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing deals, and surpassing sales objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
• A motivated, self-starting individual eager to thrive in a commission-based environment.
