This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a business development strategy targeting high-value end-user accounts and construction projects.
• Propel the growth, market share, and profitability of DEWALT’s anchors business throughout the United States.
• Act as the primary contact for national strategic end-user accounts and construction initiatives.
• Oversee anchors business development within essential user accounts and significant projects.
• Develop and execute action plans aimed at increasing market share.
• Lead and guide a team of Anchor Specialists.
• Monitor and oversee the national opportunity pipeline across various teams.
• Establish and nurture relationships with end users, contractors, facility owners, specifiers, and influencers.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to create tailored solutions.
• Evaluate market opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
• Represent DEWALT at industry events, trade shows, and important meetings.
• Track, assess, and report on KPIs, pipeline health, ROI, and business impact to senior leadership.
• Promote innovation, agility, accountability, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the construction sector.
• Demonstrated track record of success at the national level.
• Capable of leading and aligning teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Profound understanding of the construction ecosystem, including end-user dynamics and decision-making processes.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value opportunities and complex sales cycles concurrently.
• Outstanding relationship-building skills across all organizational levels and with external partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools.
• Willingness and capability to travel nationally up to 60%.
