This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with both new and existing clients to promote growth within the SBU.
• Execute business development outreach via phone calls, emails, social media, networking, and various other channels.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential and current clients in a designated geographic area.
• Recognize and pursue opportunities that can yield new job orders, accounts, and revenue enhancement.
• Create and sustain a robust network of contacts within the assigned market.
• Gain insights into market trends, intelligence, rates, job titles, job descriptions, credentialing requirements, and competitive activities.
• Assess client needs and collaborate with internal teams to devise suitable solutions.
• Build rapport and forge connections with key decision-makers and client stakeholders.
• Negotiate prices, terms, contracts, and other business arrangements.
• Partner with recruiting, client services, and other internal teams to ensure effective client support.
• Keep accurate records of client and prospect information as well as business development activities.
• Observe market conditions and competitive activities, providing market insights to leadership.
• Achieve established business development KPIs and manage activities towards measurable outcomes.
• Formulate and execute strategic business development plans that align with SBU and company objectives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or healthcare.
• Significant sales or business development experience is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare is highly preferred, encompassing healthcare sales, recruitment, staffing, or other relevant healthcare settings.
• Experience in the staffing industry is an additional asset.
• Familiarity with working in educational settings or schools is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proven ability in prospecting, lead generation, and new business development.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Comfortable performing outreach through phone, email, social media, and various business development channels.
• Excellent networking, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Capable of researching markets, identifying opportunities, and developing market intelligence.
• Ability to work independently, proactively recognizing business opportunities and effectively managing priorities.
• Comfortable in a KPI-focused, results-driven environment.
• Strong capability to collaborate with recruiting, client services, and other internal teams.
• Proficient in understanding client needs and crafting solutions that support both client and organizational objectives.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• $70,000 annually.
