• Foster new customer acquisition within the commercial satellite, aerospace, and related technology sectors.
• Build, nurture, and maintain advantageous business and customer relationships.
• Oversee a dynamic pipeline from the first point of contact to a signed contract; provide weekly updates on activity, pipeline status, and forecasts—you are accountable for your metrics.
• Collaborate with technical and mission teams to tailor solutions and products to meet customer requirements and create persuasive proposals.
• Synchronize commercial initiatives across teams and other EnduroSat departments; contribute market intelligence to product development and leadership.
• Stay updated on trends in the space industry, technological capabilities, and best practices.

• Experience in direct sales of satellites, satellite components, or mission services involving complex, multi-month sales cycles.
• Proven success in prospecting, pursuing, and securing new business—not merely managing existing accounts.
• Extensive network of contacts within the space industry and professional connections; a strong regional network in the new space commercial ecosystem is advantageous.
• Ability to independently build a pipeline from scratch; a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; capable of engaging with both engineers and executives.
• Prior experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% for conferences, customer meetings, and events.
• Based in Los Angeles (or willing to relocate).
• US citizen or US permanent resident.
• Health insurance coverage.
• Matching 401k plan.
• Generous team performance-based bonus.
• Aggressive, uncapped commission structure.
• Complete autonomy over your territory—no micromanagement; direct access to leadership for swift decision-making.
• Budget for travel, conference attendance, and the necessary tools to succeed.
