This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Drive New Business Initiatives
• Cultivate relationships with real estate investors, landlords, Realtors, lenders, attorneys, financial advisors, and referral partners to generate new business opportunities.
• Consult with Property Owners
• Conduct virtual meetings with potential clients, assess their rental properties, comprehend their investment objectives, and propose strategies that enhance performance and minimize challenges.
• Build and Oversee a Sales Pipeline
• Regularly prospect, network, follow up, and develop opportunities throughout all phases of the sales cycle.
• Finalize New Management Agreements
• Facilitate consultative sales discussions, address objections, negotiate terms, and transform prospects into long-term clients.
• Establish Yourself as a Trusted Advisor
• Assist investors in making well-informed decisions regarding property management, rental strategies, asset performance, and long-term portfolio expansion.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Outside Sales, Account Executive roles, Real Estate Sales, Property Management Sales, SaaS Sales, Financial Services Sales, Investor Relations, or Consultative Sales.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM tools.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a remote work setting.
• Capability to work autonomously and uphold accountability.
