This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, prioritize, and assess publisher prospects that align with Omnidex’s strategic goals in gaming, entertainment, lifestyle, and other areas.
• Conduct outreach, initiate introductory calls, present value propositions, lead product demonstrations, manage objections, negotiate commercially, and close deals.
• Collaborate with legal and leadership teams to establish commercial terms, pricing models, and partnership structures that are mutually beneficial.
• Work alongside Ad Ops, Tech, and Product teams to ensure seamless and efficient integrations (SSP, header bidding, direct connections, etc.).
• Conduct regular check-ins and reviews, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and proactively suggest ideas to enhance their revenue with us.
• Represent Omnidex at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings; gather insights on trends, competition, and opportunities.
• Relay publisher needs, market gaps, and feature requests back to the Product and leadership teams to influence our roadmap and supply strategy.
• Minimum of 3 years in a commercial, publisher-facing role within the ad tech sector (SSP, ad network, publisher business development, programmatic partnerships, or a similar field).
• Demonstrated success in closing publisher or supply agreements and achieving revenue or acquisition goals.
• Practical experience with programmatic monetization (e.g., SSPs, header bidding, GAM/Ad Manager, PMPs, Prebid, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills: able to convey complex information clearly and negotiate effectively without damaging relationships.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability – accustomed to managing your own pipeline without needing direction on next steps.
