This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Leverage your network to identify growth opportunities within the Local/Central and broader Public Sector markets.
• Create and implement business strategies aimed at enhancing growth and profitability.
• Cultivate successful, sustainable, and profitable long-term relationships with the largest and most intricate clients, utilizing diverse sources of information and insights (customer, competitor, market trends, group insight, trading/economic environment) to devise winning strategies for clients.
• Establish and uphold a strong and well-qualified pipeline of sales opportunities within designated industry verticals, aiming for a coverage level of 3x target.
• Discover new avenues for expansion and forge partnerships with key vendors.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with senior-level stakeholders within the target customer base.
• Create and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the leadership and management team to pinpoint strategic growth opportunities within our current customer portfolio.
• Customer Focused:
• Assess and identify customer needs to achieve and exceed satisfaction levels.
• Foster sustainable relationships and trust with clients through transparent and interactive communication.
• Manage customer inquiries, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within the expected timeframe and following up to ensure resolution.
• Possession of a full UK Driving License.
• Significant experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies.
• Experience in leading complex deals within the Public Sector market.
• Strong understanding of Public Sector procurement processes, bidding, and frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, complemented by strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• It would be advantageous to have:
• Experience in the telecommunications sector with a solid grasp of WiFi, Fixed Line Connectivity, SD-WAN, and IoT products.
