📋 Description

• Accountable for selling analytical services to both existing and prospective clients.

• Identifying business opportunities to achieve revenue objectives.

• Generate leads and drive sales through the development of relationships with clients and prospects.

• Finalize sales with potential clients while fostering strong relationships with major accounts.

• Cultivate relationships with current clients to sustain business and acquire additional opportunities from different segments within the account and through referrals.

• Negotiate master service agreements with potential clients.

• Conduct market research to support the annual marketing and sales strategy.

• Collaborate with the business development team to generate marketing ideas.

• Participate in the annual conference, aiding in the organization and execution of marketing and sales initiatives.

• Follow up on leads generated from referrals, trade shows, advertising, and the company’s website.

• Create proposals for current clients and prospects.

• Assist in developing materials and executing the marketing plan.

• Follow up with new clients to ensure their needs are being met by the company.

• Discuss emerging trends or new programs that should be considered.

• Efficiently manage the contact database to input leads.

• Actively engage in relevant industry organizations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Sciences).

• Advanced degree is preferred (MBA, MS).

• More than five years of experience in business development within sales and marketing.

• Proven experience in business development with pharmaceutical and medical device companies, as well as CDMOs.

• Strong technical knowledge and industry expertise.

• Client-centric approach.

• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
