• Identify and pursue PBSA and BTR opportunities throughout the UK, concentrating on individual properties and smaller portfolios.
• Actively research and reach out to new operators that align with the UniHomes proposition.
• Dedicate considerable time in the field connecting with potential partners within your territory.
• Showcase the UniHomes advertising offerings, effectively illustrating value, reach, and performance.
• Oversee the entire commercial lifecycle, from initial outreach to final closure.
• Assist new partners during the onboarding process, ensuring listings are properly configured from launch.
• Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships, serving as the primary commercial contact.
• Utilize performance insights and market context to facilitate renewal discussions.
• Recognize opportunities for deepening or evolving relationships over time.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records, pipeline activities, and reporting.
• Stay informed about PBSA and BTR market trends, student demand, and competitor activities.
• Represent UniHomes professionally at meetings and pertinent industry events.
• Participate in monthly meetings at the Sheffield HQ and occasional overnight stays as needed.
• Demonstrated experience in a field-based sales or business development position.
• Experience in PBSA, BTR, student accommodation, or property portal sales is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with regular travel, long drives, and managing a national territory.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
• Capable of quickly establishing rapport and developing long-term relationships.
• Valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
