This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as the primary salesperson for LendingOne’s partnership program, focusing on the property management community to develop and enhance strategic relationships at both local and regional levels.
• Requires travel at local, state, and regional levels, with an average frequency of about 30%, which can increase to as much as 70% during peak conference season.
• Provide on-site support to the Vice President of Partnerships at major national industry events and conferences to ensure a robust brand presence.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads supplied by the VP of Partnerships, effectively nurturing and converting incoming interest into valuable partnerships.
• Independently seek out, engage, and foster relationships with local and regional property management firms that cater to real estate investor clients, employing strong business development and lead generation strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for mid-sized and smaller property management companies, ensuring high-quality engagement and effective management of partnerships.
• 2-3 years of proven sales experience with a solid track record of achieving or surpassing goals.
• Reside in Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, or Austin, and be prepared to hit the ground running.
• A strong passion for business development, including prospecting new leads, nurturing relationships, and independently closing deals.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for client meetings, partner visits, and industry events.
• Confidence and professionalism in public speaking, as well as in hosting and presenting at events and conferences.
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills to cultivate and maintain strong partner connections.
• A self-starter attitude with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
