This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Implement sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and pipeline objectives.
• Establish a strong market understanding to identify target customer segments, partnership prospects, and growth opportunities.
• Enhance pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, networking, partnerships, and converting inbound leads.
• Identify, pitch, and assist in the onboarding of channel partners, including brokers, insurers, TPAs, and other distributors.
• Foster partnership sales enablement by providing partners with essential materials, training, and ongoing support to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with partners on go-to-market strategies and joint value propositions.
• Aid in developing scalable sales and partnership processes, including playbooks, collateral, and workflows.
• Monitor leads, opportunities, and performance using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring accurate reporting and visibility.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to align on targeting, messaging, and lead generation efforts.
• Work with internal teams (Product, Clinical, Marketing) to refine offerings and enhance customer and partner outcomes.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales and partnership processes using data and performance insights.
• 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, with a preference for experience in HR solutions, employee benefits, insurance, brokers, or TPAs.
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close deals, whether through direct sales or partner channels.
• Strong advantage for experience in managing partnerships and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating across teams and with external partners.
• Comfortable with targets, pipeline tracking, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
• Process- and data-driven, with the ability to contribute to the development of scalable systems and workflows.
• Adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Regional exposure in Southeast Asia is considered a plus.
• Note: This position is open to candidates who are currently located in Thailand and fluent in the local language. Unfortunately, we cannot provide visa sponsorship at this time.
