This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Accountable for driving revenue expansion and profitability across key vertical markets, which include but are not limited to: Material Handling, Food & Beverage, Car Wash, Lawn & Garden, Agriculture, Aggregate, and Logistics.
• Utilize sales and market data to project sales targets, analyze market and industry trends, and identify potential gaps in the existing Solve product offerings, followed by making strategic recommendations to company leadership for future product innovation.
• Capitalize on all new, current, and former legacy customer information by consistently updating and maintaining sales activities within Solve’s CRM system.
• Cultivate relationships with independent manufacturer sales representatives to gain their support and enhance advocacy for Solve products.
• Conduct on-site meetings and presentations, consulting with current clients to uncover opportunities for promoting and upselling new products, as well as addressing and resolving any customer challenges.
• Collaborate with the Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering Teams to devise strategies for promoting the organization’s “best-in-class” product lines through corporate communications, trade shows, and networking events.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Over 5 years of experience in outside industrial sales.
• More than 2 years of sales experience focusing on vertical markets within the Bearings and Power Transmission industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and possess a valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
