Business Development Manager – Occupational First Aid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Foster and enhance relationships with customers

• Maintain continuous communication with designated accounts

• Assess satisfaction levels and report findings to stakeholders

• Spot opportunities to expand the product portfolio

• Showcase and advocate for product benefits to customers

• Create pricing strategies and proposals for clients

• Propel new revenue growth within the designated segment

• Evaluate and track KPIs for assigned accounts

• Collaborate with internal teams on strategic account initiatives

• Provide sales forecasts and formulate growth strategies

• Stay informed about external industry trends

• Implement new product launches and marketing promotions

• Participate in company training sessions

• Organize, manage, and attend trade shows and industry events

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing

• At least 5 years of field sales experience

• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets

• 2 years of experience managing multiple key customer accounts generating at least 1M+ in revenue

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Occupational first aid

• Knowledge of medical terminology and devices is advantageous

• Proficient in advanced computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Excellent relationship-building capabilities

• Strong judgment and analytical abilities

• Capacity to plan and forecast sales effectively

• Exceptional negotiation skills

• Outstanding interpersonal communication abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in planning and maintaining organization with excellent time management skills

• Fluency in the English language is required

• Reliable transportation for daily responsibilities is essential
