This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Promote Frontline Insurance products to independent agencies within the designated territory.
• Drive increased premium and policy growth by presenting carrier benefits to agents.
• Achieve or surpass revenue and profitability targets in the assigned territory.
• Utilize existing relationships with agency personnel in the field.
• Deliver comprehensive training on the philosophy, products, and procedures of Frontline Insurance.
• Utilize Salesforce to document and track agency meetings and interactions.
• Develop and manage reports related to production goals and other initiatives.
• Collaborate with territory underwriters to evaluate service challenges and product deficiencies affecting growth and customer satisfaction.
• Keep an eye on competitors, their products, strengths, weaknesses, and regulatory matters impacting production.
• Engage in networking events, sales conferences, and trade shows.
• Provide a monthly marketplace analysis to the VP of Business Development, including recommendations.
• Examine county/territory trends and proactively implement necessary adjustments.
• Document uncorrectable negative outcomes and formulate alternative strategies.
• Monitor production and identify underperforming areas.
• Manage rehabilitation strategies for underperformers and identify valid production obstacles.
• Review industry publications and report on practices that could enhance processes.
• Attend educational workshops, report findings, educate sales staff, and apply the knowledge gained.
• Over 3 years of solid sales, marketing, or underwriting experience.
• Previous insurance experience in a territory-based sales or marketing capacity.
• A bachelor's degree or professional designation is highly preferred.
• Capability to establish relationships with agency decision-makers, producers, CSRs, and support personnel.
• Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, and other sales-related software.
• Ability to review industry publications and implement new practices for process improvement.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel 80% by vehicle, including occasional overnight stays.
• Commitment to maintaining professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to present effectively in both small and large group settings.
