This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Collaboratively develop and support our Business Partners/Distribution network to establish ZOLL as a recognized leader in the government/military market, delivering outstanding pre- and post-sales support.
• Meet sales quotas, manage expenses, penetrate accounts/markets, and ensure business retention.
• Create an annual business development plan for the government/military market, with updates and reports provided quarterly.
• Collaborate with the North American/EMEA government/military sales team to harness expertise and best practices, ensuring a cohesive approach to NATO.
• Oversee and direct RFIs, quotes, and tenders.
• Utilize the CRM system to build and manage pipelines, while planning, monitoring, and delivering the necessary activity levels in terms of quantity, direction, and quality to meet targets.
• Comply with ZOLL's standards of conduct and adhere to the AdvaMed Code of Ethics.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of field sales experience in the medical sector, preferably in selling capital equipment.
• Military service or medical training (e.g., Nurse/Paramedic/Combat Medic) is preferred.
• Established background in distribution/channel management.
• Current knowledge of international government/military healthcare systems and procurement processes.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results in a high-performance environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience with government contracting and familiarity with NATO; NSPA experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience using CRM tools, such as SalesForce.
