
Business Development Manager β Manufactured Housing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs dedicated solely to the manufactured housing sector.
β’ Take ownership of team performance in relation to weekly and monthly objectives for meetings scheduled and pipeline generated.
β’ Conduct regular one-on-ones, call evaluations, and role-playing exercises to enhance prospecting and discovery abilities.
β’ Supervise and consistently improve the team's outbound strategy encompassing cold calling and email outreach.
β’ Recruit and onboard new BDR team members, ensuring they reach productivity swiftly.
β’ Collaborate with Account Executives to facilitate seamless transitions and high conversion rates from meetings to opportunities.
β’ Work alongside the marketing team to synchronize on ICP targeting, messaging, and campaign strategies for the manufactured housing segment.
β’ Track and report on essential BDR metrics β including dials, connections, meetings booked, and pipeline created β providing weekly updates to sales leadership.
β’ Uphold CRM hygiene standards and maintain consistent data entry practices within the team.
β’ Assist in the creation of playbooks tailored for the manufactured housing sector.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or insurance.
β’ At least 2 years of experience as a BDR manager, with direct accountability for managing and enhancing BDR/SDR performance.
β’ Proven history of achieving or surpassing outbound pipeline goals.
β’ Strong coaching abilities β you thrive on empowering others to improve, beyond just achieving your personal targets.
β’ Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where processes are still being developed.
β’ Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools such as Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
β’ Experience in selling to industries such as insurance, real estate, property management, manufactured housing, or related fields is a plus.
