• Develop and execute a regional business strategy aimed at multifamily and hospitality developers and owners, contractors, and design-build firms, in alignment with Delta Faucet Company’s national growth objectives.
• Identify and convert opportunities in multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, promoting the specification and standardization of Delta Faucet products throughout various portfolios.
• Cultivate relationships with key influencers such as architects, designers, developers, property management firms, and plumbing contractors to enhance brand preference.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers, Regional Directors, and Agency Partners to harmonize strategies, share best practices, and optimize regional market coverage.
• Monitor, manage, and expand a pipeline of active multi-unit and light commercial projects utilizing CRM and project tracking tools (e.g., ConstructConnect, Dodge, or similar).
• Deliver compelling presentations and product training to decision-makers and specifiers to bolster Delta Faucet Company’s presence at the specification level.
• Partner across functions with marketing, product management, and operations to address customer needs, support large project bids, and tackle specification and construction challenges.
• Keep abreast of regional market trends, competitive activities, and key project developments to inform strategy and forecasting.
• Represent Delta Faucet Company at trade shows, multifamily and hospitality industry events, and association meetings to enhance visibility and strengthen relationships.
• Travel as required within the assigned territory (typically 30–50% overnight travel).
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), or equivalent education and experience combination.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or sales management.
• Experience in project sales or specification sales is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market conditions and develop strategic responses.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing business demands.
• Proven ability to cultivate long-term relationships with developers, architects, and general contractors.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
• Proficient in technology, including CRM systems (Salesforce), sales forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office suites (particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
