• Meet established sales objectives for Lifecycle Services within our Automation Solutions division.
• Proactively seek out, engage, and finalize deals with both new clients and existing accounts that present significant growth potential.
• Participate in a collaborative selling strategy that emphasizes trust, respect, and open communication within the sales team, field sales, and customers.
• Implement sales strategies with current clients and new leads to achieve measurable growth.
• Build and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients by utilizing top-tier lifecycle service expertise related to the suitable customer application to optimize sales prospects.
• Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure transparency of information and foster cooperation.
• Demonstrate urgency and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Generate opportunities from untapped areas—through cold outreach, plant visits, referrals, and network selling.
• Market high-value industrial services, including: Conveyor and automation installation and relocation services, startup, commissioning, and system integrations, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, modernization, retrofits, and upgrades, reliability, safety, and performance enhancement services.
• Lead with insight—spot operational challenges that competitors overlook and capitalize on them.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact to contract completion.
• Develop value propositions, scopes of work, and commercial strategies with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with engineering, field service, and operations to secure and deliver work—without depending on them for sales creation.
• Sustain deal velocity and momentum within complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of pertinent industrial sales or service business development experience.
• Strong CRM discipline with the ability to manage a self-generated sales pipeline comfortably.
• Demonstrated success in selling industrial lifecycle services (not limited to capital equipment).
• Practical knowledge of conveyors, palletizers, automation systems, and plant operations.
• Experience selling to operational facilities in sectors such as Food & Beverage, Canning/Container, Intralogistics/Distribution, and Home & Personal Care manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
• Excellent sales and communication skills are essential.
• Preferred strong technical and mechanical acumen, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Above-average interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft applications/spreadsheets, CRM systems (Salesforce), and various other sales tools is required.
