Business Development Manager, Key Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Meet the sales objectives for your designated region by crafting and executing effective sales strategies.

• Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure ongoing sales growth.

• Evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop a comprehensive enhancement plan.

• Collaborate closely with the Technical Solution Management team to meet sales targets.

• Suggest innovative ideas or strategies to enhance sales performance or operational improvements.

• Enhance productivity and efficiency through cross-departmental collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a life science field, along with practical laboratory experience.

• At least 1 year of proven sales success is mandatory.

• Capability to establish relationships at the executive level, serving as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor.

• Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and verbally.

• In-depth understanding of the life science and CRO markets, particularly in areas such as gene synthesis, protein expression, peptides, bioassays, antibodies, or cell line development.

• Ability to thrive and perform successfully in an international business setting.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% in the field when circumstances permit.
