This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Analyze, identify opportunities, and categorize potential new customers within the designated territory.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with prospective new customers.
• Prepare proposals and lead negotiations until contracts are finalized.
• Provide consultancy to customers based on their business processes and analyze their intralogistics needs.
• Conduct regular customer visits, particularly in-person, and participate in trade fairs and conferences, which may involve multi-day business travel.
• Execute cross-functional campaigns and initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers and exploring new business areas.
• Oversee sales responsibilities in a manner that emphasizes growth and cost-effectiveness.
• A university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualifications through vocational training, coupled with several years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in analyzing and managing the complete sales pipeline, including new customer acquisition and customer segmentation utilizing CRM tools.
• Solid professional background in the sales of capital goods or industrial equipment.
• Technical knowledge and comprehension of processes in production and distribution logistics.
• Strong focus on sales and acquisition, with high self-motivation and a commitment to closing deals.
• Proficiency in business-fluent German and advanced English skills.
