This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage all activities related to student recruitment, business development, account management, and marketing events for B2B channels within the designated country or region.
• Work in collaboration with Company Directors to enhance B2B channels and execute marketing and sales strategies aimed at promoting international student recruitment for GUS.
• Act as a representative for one of our universities or colleges situated in Europe, North America, or Asia.
• You should possess experience in international student recruitment within higher education.
• You must have a well-established and relevant agency network along with strong relationships with key stakeholders in these agencies.
• A comprehensive understanding of industry trends is crucial for guiding the group’s strategic planning and forecasting.
• You should have experience in developing and training education agents on how to effectively promote the brand you represent.
• You will have a background in sourcing agents through fairs, business trips, inquiries, referrals, and general searches consistent with business development duties.
• You should have a proven ability to generate new revenue from existing accounts while also identifying new opportunities.
• A successful track record in identifying, supporting, and developing potential business partners and enhancing existing client relationships is required.
• You will have experience in conducting client research, which includes engaging with key industry players.
• A highly motivated individual who is committed to achieving success in all areas is essential.
• Confidence in delivering workshops and presentations, hosting conferences, and being in front of the camera is necessary.
• Experience with Salesforce or database management is preferred.
• We will consider candidates who have directly represented an institution within your region or who possess substantial agency experience managing a sub-network of agents.
