This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, generate, and qualify leads within the interiors and luxury retail fit-out sectors across Europe.
• Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
• Secure high-value contracts for commercial spaces, offices, and retail fit-outs.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Comprehend client requirements and provide customized solutions that align with their goals.
• Create and implement strategies to accomplish annual sales objectives.
• Deliver regular reports and updates to the CEO in Dubai regarding business development efforts and sales advancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the UK interiors and fit-out sector.
• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of the interiors, retail furniture, and luxury fit-out markets.
• Proven track record in lead generation, deal negotiation, and closing sales within the industry.
• Strong emphasis on achieving and surpassing annual sales goals.
• Capable of working independently, demonstrating excellent time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
