Business Development Manager – Indoor Climate Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Accountable for securing the designated application of Wavin solutions through a technical, consultative, and value-driven sales methodology.

• Collaborate with specifiers, consultants, developers, architects, engineers, local authorities, and contractors to influence projects from their inception to completion.

• Develop and maintain a robust project pipeline, generating demand early in the value chain.

• Establish Wavin as a reliable solutions partner for significant commercial and infrastructure initiatives.

• Propel profitable sales growth through a specification-focused commercial strategy.

• Advocate for integrated Wavin solutions utilizing technical and consultative selling techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with Product Management, Technical Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.

• Identify and convert new business prospects within targeted sectors.

• Present persuasive technical presentations, proposals, and solution-oriented discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in technical specification or solution selling, specifically in Heat Interface and/or HVAC.

• Solid commercial foundation with hands-on project sales experience.

• Experience collaborating with Tier 1 contractors and on major commercial projects.

• Familiarity with the building envelope and the lifecycle of construction projects.

• Capacity to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence at various levels.

• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Commercially savvy with strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-centric, results-oriented, and highly self-motivated.
