This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead significant growth of Summit’s Hydraulic Business by directing strategy and operations.
• Cultivate new business opportunities and foster high-value customer relationships.
• Drive direct sales initiatives by providing value-based solutions, backed by robust application engineering.
• Observe market trends and customer requirements, converting insights into effective growth strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Supply Chain to enhance new opportunities and product development.
• Maintain regular engagement with major OEMs and customers through frequent on-site visits.
• Aid the sales organization through lead generation efforts, sales tools, training, and market intelligence.
• Employ CRM systems to monitor opportunities, customer interactions, and industry insights.
• Represent Summit at industry trade shows, seminars, and association events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 3 years of experience with hydraulic systems functioning under high load and high pressure.
• More than 5 years in business development, sales, marketing, or product management.
• Demonstrated capability to expand markets and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Openness to extensive travel (approximately 50%).
