This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana, +4 more states.
• Create a proactive pipeline to identify, connect, and engage essential contacts at target companies for all HIL programs and services.
• Engage in both formal and informal assessments of partnership opportunities, including RFPs, integration into existing collaborations, and exploration of new strategic ventures.
• Comprehend and effectively communicate the company's objectives, vision, and product strategy.
• Collaborate with internal support teams and business partners to compile and refine relevant development content that highlights FNBO’s marketing tools, digital capabilities, integration, and customer solutions appealing to prospective partners.
• Produce exceptional presentations, proposals, and pitches that are innovative and impactful.
• Partner with the business team to onboard new partner relationships, ensuring a smooth transition into relationship management.
• Assist in facilitating the onboarding process for new partners, including ensuring the completion of training and necessary documentation.
• Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and suggest strategic adjustments to enhance our competitiveness in the market.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales or account management within the HIL industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Ability to cultivate relationships both internally and externally; prospecting new partners and building a pipeline for new business opportunities.
• Proficient in cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with Salesforce and the capability to source and manage lead lists.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Top-tier presentation abilities.
• Understanding of P&L and the revenue generation process in banking/financing.
• Strong collaboration skills are vital, as this role requires interaction with various departments within our matrixed organization, making relationship navigation crucial for success.
• Proven history of sound decision-making.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to innovate, think creatively, and solve problems effectively.
