• Develop a nationwide pipeline of potential healthcare provider clients, including hospitals, health systems, specialty pharmacies, clinics, and care networks.
• Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, referrals, conferences, LinkedIn, and partner channels.
• Identify key buyer personas and decision-makers within operations, supply chain, pharmacy, lab, clinical, procurement, and executive teams.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand shipment types, urgency, compliance requirements, pain points, current vendors, and decision-making criteria.
• Promote Mercury’s services in areas such as courier, parcel, next flight out, cold chain, and specialty logistics solutions.
• Establish trust with complex healthcare organizations and navigate longer, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Collaborate with operations, pricing, marketing, and leadership to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets while assisting Mercury in establishing a foothold in a strategic growth market.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, supply chain, pharmacy services, medical devices, diagnostics, or similar sectors.
• Prior experience selling to hospitals, health systems, pharmacies, clinics, or provider organizations is preferred.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Willingness to travel nationally for customer meetings, conferences, and strategic opportunities as necessary.
