This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
β’ Implement a 'State First' sales strategy aimed at Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities, Hospitals, and Rehabilitation centers throughout the state.
β’ Identify key stakeholders, including Administrators, Business Office Managers, Directors of Social Services, and Hospital Case Management Directors.
β’ Develop a sales pipeline through cold outreach, digital prospecting, and participation in relevant Texas healthcare association conferences (e.g., THCA).
β’ Conduct exploratory calls to uncover facilities facing challenges with an existing Medicaid backlog.
β’ Offer our services as a Revenue Cycle Management solution that can effectively mitigate revenue loss.
β’ Onboard new facility partners and establish effective communication workflows with their business offices.
β’ Over 5 years of B2B sales experience within the Healthcare or Senior Care sector.
β’ Proven experience in selling to Nursing Homes (SNFs), Hospitals, or Post-Acute Care facilities is mandatory.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the Texas healthcare landscape.
β’ Essential familiarity with Medicaid, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Hospital Discharge Planning.
β’ A proactive self-starter who excels in a fully remote setting, with the ambition to vigorously pursue a new market territory.
β’ Capability to address sensitive financial discussions with professionalism, acknowledging the pressures faced by both administrators and families.
β’ Competitive Base Salary + Commission Structure based on new facility acquisition and case volume.
