This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish, cultivate, and expand impactful relationships with practice leaders, partner executives, and client account directors within prominent GSIs and Advisories across the DACH region.
• Promote the integration of Tenable One, Tenable Cloud Security, and Tenable OT into the standard service catalogs, security frameworks, and reference architectures of our partners.
• Work closely alongside regional Tenable Enterprise Sales teams and partner client leads to pinpoint, co-sell, and secure high-value enterprise opportunities.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Alliances leadership to ensure that DACH partner strategies align with overall regional growth goals and global partner frameworks.
• Create and implement technical and commercial enablement programs, certifications, and account-mapping workshops to educate partner delivery and sales teams.
• Team up with Regional Marketing to strategize and execute joint marketing campaigns, roundtable discussions, and executive sponsorships designed for the DACH enterprise market.
• Keep precise sales forecasting and partner-influenced pipeline metrics utilizing Salesforce CRM. Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key alliance stakeholders.
• Over 7 years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales, Alliance Management, or Business Development within the cybersecurity sector.
• A solid track record of managing and closing business through or alongside global integrators and major advisories in the DACH area.
• Strong foundational knowledge in Exposure Management, Cloud Security (CNAPP), Identity Security, or Operational Technology (OT/IoT).
• Proven ability to navigate the intricate, matrixed environments of global consulting firms to identify and engage key decision-makers.
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Swiss-German or French is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40-50% within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for partner meetings and industry events.
