This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire sales process from initial discovery to follow-up, closing deals, and ensuring successful onboarding.

• Conduct over 15 discovery calls weekly with prospects at the C-level and Director level.

• Become a true product expert to effectively position each Magic offering at the right time.

• Approach every lead as an opportunity waiting to be seized.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Support, and Operations Teams to ensure clients have a strong start.

• Commit to continuous learning and improvement by actively seeking feedback and applying it swiftly.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience (in SMB/Mid-Market, U.S. or Canada), with a demonstrated track record of selling SaaS, subscription services, AI, or outsourcing to executive-level buyers.

• Proven success in high-volume inbound environments, treating each lead with the same diligence and structure as an outbound opportunity (leaving no stone unturned).

• A consultative, relationship-oriented sales approach, driving urgency, identifying pain points, and delivering value across various stakeholders.

• Motivated, gritty, coachable, and self-accountable, taking ownership of results and proactively addressing areas for improvement without needing direction.

• Flourishes in a fast-paced startup environment; proactive, curious, and a catalyst for team momentum.

• Proficient with HubSpot, AI tools, and contemporary sales platforms, utilizing technology to enhance efficiency.
