This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Formulate and implement growth strategies in key markets such as LATAM, Europe, and Asia.
β’ Lead the acquisition of new clients in both B2C (traders) and B2B (IBs, affiliates, money managers) segments.
β’ Identify, negotiate, and finalize strategic partnerships.
β’ Manage and enhance relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
β’ Collaborate with the marketing team on acquisition campaigns focusing on both performance and branding.
β’ Conduct analysis of competitors, FX market trends, and customer behavior.
β’ Streamline the conversion funnel from lead to deposit to active trading.
β’ Represent the company at events, expos, and networking forums, both online and offline.
β’ Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance, both weekly and monthly.
β’ 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the Forex, CFD, Crypto, or Fintech sectors.
β’ Direct experience working with brokers or trading platforms.
β’ A robust network of contacts including IBs, affiliates, traders, and funds.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of financial products such as FX, commodities, indices, and crypto CFDs.
β’ Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
β’ A strong results-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and revenue generation.
