This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Represents the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a specific geographical area.
• Responsible for fostering product acceptance and driving portfolio growth through business development initiatives.
• Provides technical expertise on products and procedures, along with competitive differentiation.
• Achieves assigned sales goals through innovative, consultative selling and the execution of the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan.
• Utilizes resources effectively to boost the adoption and sales growth of the Facial Aesthetics portfolio.
• Collaborates synergistically and coordinates activities with other partners and support teams within Allergan Aesthetics.
• Adheres to necessary reporting, requests, and compliance policies.
• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience is required, with a preference for business to business to consumer (B2B2C) sales experience.
• Familiarity with general marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare sector is essential.
• Understanding of the internal operations of a physician's practice is required.
• Strong business acumen and analytical abilities are necessary.
• A proven track record of driving sales execution is essential.
• Effective consultative support skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and resolution capabilities are necessary.
• Ability to formulate key strategies and implement them effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation are essential.
• Experience with financial and budgetary matters is required.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field four days a week is necessary.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs is required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software skills is essential.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
