This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
• Serve as the representative for the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic clients within a specified geographical region.
• Accountable for driving product acceptance and facilitating portfolio growth through business development initiatives.
• Offer technical expertise on products and procedures while highlighting competitive product differentiation.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through innovative, consultative selling methods and the execution of the U.S. Sales/Marketing strategy.
• Utilize resources to accelerate the adoption and sales growth of the Facial Aesthetics portfolio, which includes BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVEDERM® Collection of fillers, and Kybella® brands.
• Collaborate and coordinate efforts with Allergan Aesthetics cross-portfolio partners and support teams.
• Adhere to required reporting, requests, and compliance policies.
• A Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant equivalent industry experience is required.
• At least 3+ years of sales experience is required, with a preference for business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) sales experience.
• Familiarity with general marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare sector.
• Understanding of the inner workings of a physician's practice.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Strong business acumen along with analytical skills.
• Demonstrated success in executing sales strategies.
• Effective consultative support capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
• Ability to devise key strategies and implement them effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong contract negotiation skills.
• Experience with financial and budget management.
• Willingness to travel and be in the field four days a week.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software applications.
• Valid driver’s license: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
