This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Represents the Facial Aesthetics product range to targeted aesthetic clients within a specified geographic region.
• Responsible for fostering product acceptance and driving portfolio growth through business development initiatives.
• Offers technical expertise regarding products and procedures along with competitive differentiation of products.
• Achieves assigned sales targets through innovative, consultative selling and the execution of the U.S. Sales/Marketing strategy.
• Utilizes resources to expedite the adoption and sales increase of the Facial Aesthetics portfolio, which includes BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVEDERM® Collection of fillers, and Kybella® brands.
• Collaborates effectively and coordinates efforts with other Allergan Aesthetics cross-portfolio partners and support teams.
• Adheres to required reporting, requests, and compliance policies.
• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a related business field preferred; relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience is required, with a preference for business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) sales experience.
• Familiarity with general marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of the internal operations of a physician's practice.
• Valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Strong business insight and analytical abilities.
• Proven track record of effective sales execution.
• Capable of providing effective consultative support.
• Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
• Ability to formulate key strategies and implement them effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with financial and budgetary processes.
• Willingness to travel and be in the field for four days a week.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software applications.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving criteria.
