This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Acquire new business and enhance existing client relationships throughout the EMEA region.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Applications teams to pinpoint opportunities.
• Foster robust client relationships and finalize high-value contracts.
• Propel the acquisition of new clients through both online and offline lead generation methods.
• Identify and seek out new business prospects within the motion controls sector.
• Oversee and cultivate current client accounts to ensure satisfaction and recognize growth opportunities.
• Establish and sustain long-term connections with key stakeholders in client organizations.
• Lead and assist in sales meetings, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
• Partner with the Sales team to formulate and enhance sales strategies and tactics.
• Assess inbound leads to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Generate new leads through market and industry insights as well as media.
• Maintain precise data in the CRM system.
• Deliver dependable and insightful reports on sales activities and performance.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the motion controls industry.
• Strong grasp of the servo motion market and its applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and sustaining strong client relationships.
• Proven capability to lead sales meetings and secure high-value contracts.
• Proficient in CRM software and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work cooperatively with cross-functional teams.
