📋 Description

• Drive the acquisition of new customers and enhance revenue growth.

• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals focused on new business development.

• Oversee pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance metrics.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing deals.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in acquiring new business.

• Demonstrated success in closing deals and fostering growth.

• Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing sales teams.

• Strong skills in pipeline management and adherence to sales disciplines.

• Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is advantageous).

• Willingness to travel frequently, up to approximately 60% based on the region or customer footprint.
