This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Drive the acquisition of new customers and enhance revenue growth.
β’ Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals focused on new business development.
β’ Oversee pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance metrics.
β’ Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing deals.
β’ Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
β’ Extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in acquiring new business.
β’ Demonstrated success in closing deals and fostering growth.
β’ Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing sales teams.
β’ Strong skills in pipeline management and adherence to sales disciplines.
β’ Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is advantageous).
β’ Willingness to travel frequently, up to approximately 60% based on the region or customer footprint.
