This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of the entire sales process, from prospecting to discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing deals across ODC/dedicated teams, project-based AI solutions, and managed services.
• Create new business opportunities via outbound campaigns, networking, industry events, and face-to-face meetings with decision-makers in key cities throughout Europe.
• Establish and sustain a qualified pipeline for the next 12 months with a clear revenue trajectory.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions to identify client challenges in engineering and AI.
• Structure and negotiate engagements involving AI-native dedicated teams, outcome-based projects, BOT, staff augmentation, and managed application services.
• Develop and activate partner channels to facilitate warm introductions and co-selling opportunities.
• Clearly communicate SmartDev’s AI-native delivery value proposition and its competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with Presales and Solution Architects to assess technical feasibility, team structure, estimates, and pricing.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for NORA AI agents.
• Utilize case studies, success metrics, and proof points to establish credibility with prospects.
• Ensure accurate reporting of CRM pipeline, forecasts, activity logs, and conversion rates.
• Lead the development of proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Provide insights on the EU market to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Engage in business workshops and technical demonstrations to expedite deal closures.
• Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales or business development within the European market.
• At least 2 years of experience selling IT outsourcing, ODC, dedicated teams, staff augmentation, or software development services.
• Demonstrated success in building a pipeline and closing deals with SMBs, scale-ups, or mid-market enterprises in Europe.
• Experience in selling to both technical and business buyers.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile delivery methodologies, and common technology stacks.
• Proficient in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, relationship mapping, and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Residing in Europe.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, workshops, and industry events.
• Proficiency in additional European languages such as German, French, Dutch, or Nordic languages is highly beneficial.
• An existing network within the enterprise, startup ecosystem, or partner channels is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is advantageous.
• Experience with offshore/nearshore delivery models is a plus.
• Knowledge of GDPR regulations relevant to offshore engagements is beneficial.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN selling methodologies is a plus.
