This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing, across ODC/dedicated teams, project-based AI solutions, and managed services.
• Drive new business development through outbound campaigns, networking, industry events, and face-to-face meetings with decision-makers in key European cities.
• Establish and maintain a qualified pipeline of ODC and project-based opportunities for a duration of 12 months.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions to connect client engineering and AI challenges with SmartDev’s engagement models.
• Structure and negotiate engagements involving AI-native dedicated teams, outcome-based projects, BOT, staff augmentation, and managed application services.
• Develop and activate partner channels with AI consultants, technology resellers, startup accelerators, and digital innovation hubs for SMEs.
• Clearly communicate SmartDev’s AI-native delivery value proposition and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with Presales and Solution Architects to assess technical feasibility, team composition, estimates, and pricing.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for NORA AI agents within ODC and project accounts.
• Utilize case studies, success metrics, and proof points to enhance credibility with prospects.
• Ensure accurate reporting in CRM regarding pipeline updates, forecasts, activity logs, and conversion rates.
• Lead the development of proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Provide insights into the EU market to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Participate in business workshops and technical demonstrations to expedite deal closures.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the European market.
• A minimum of 2 years in selling IT outsourcing, ODC, dedicated teams, staff augmentation, or software development services.
• A proven history of building pipelines and closing deals with SMBs, scale-ups, or mid-market enterprises in Europe.
• Experience selling to both technical and business buyers.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile delivery methods, and common technology stacks.
• Proficient in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, relationship mapping, and negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, workshops, and industry events.
• Proficiency in additional European languages such as German, French, Dutch, or Nordic languages is a significant advantage.
• Possessing an existing network in the enterprise or startup ecosystem, or partner channels is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a benefit.
• Experience with offshore/nearshore delivery models is desirable.
• Knowledge of GDPR and European data privacy regulations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN is a plus.
• Capability to work independently in a remote role while coordinating across EU and Vietnam time zones.
