This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve or surpass an annual revenue goal of over $500K in new business growth within the Diagnostic Films portfolio.
• Lead initiatives for DF business growth by promoting strategic ecosystem engagements, collaborations, and partnerships.
• Provide expert insights and recommendations regarding key dosimetry technology trends to influence strategic decisions.
• Oversee the development of innovative dosimetry solutions, ensuring they align with market demands and technological progress.
• Enhance the product portfolio to achieve differentiation in the market and improve overall positioning.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and assess potential clients or partnerships to broaden the company’s reach and revenue streams.
• Create and execute business development strategies, establish sales targets, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align with company objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction while identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key customers and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Participate in product or service pitches, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
• Continuously track industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify both opportunities and threats.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline, monitor leads, and maintain comprehensive records in CRM systems to ensure follow-ups, track progress, and report to upper management.
• Attend training, conferences, and networking events to enhance skills, remain informed about industry developments, and represent the company in professional environments.
• Actively participate in radiology and medical physics forums/events, and develop a comprehensive ecosystem engagement strategy.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive execution of business strategies and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and define new product requirements for product development initiatives.
• Supervise staff in applications roles.
• Travel requirements include 10% international and 20% domestic.
• A bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as physics or medical physics.
• A minimum of ten (10+) years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Business Creation, and value creation in private, public, government, or military clinical settings.
• At least three (3) years of experience with radiology medical devices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Proven ability to develop and implement project plans with minimal oversight.
• Quick learner with attention to detail, strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative capabilities across teams, functions, and organizations.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and effective organizational skills.
• Previous leadership experience is required.
